What to expect when you visit us for your Appointment...… for now!

So as we're all aware, things will be a little different for a while, we want to make your experience of wedding dress shopping as enjoyable as possible but whilst keeping everyone safe and following the governments guidelines, so things will be a little different for a while

Here's what to expect when you visit, for now......

*Private 1-1 Appointments, no one other than your bridal party will be allowed in the boutique during your allocated 1 hour appointment.

*Brides limited to bringing a maximum of 2 guests, meaning there will only be 4 people in the boutique at any one time, you, me and your 2 guests

*Bridesmaid appointments may have to be split as we can only accommodate the bride and 2 bridesmaids, we can allocate you a number of appointments but if you have more than 2 bridesmaids the appointments will need to be split accordingly, we ask that no additional guests attend bridesmaid appointments

*We ask that only the bride touches the dresses, this is because every dress that is touched or tried on will need to be steamed following your appointment ready for the next bride, so we must limit this for now.

*Face masks and gloves will be provided, along with a sanitation station on arrival that we ask all those in attendance to use as you enter the boutique, you are welcome to use this on leaving also

*Please do not bring children, unfortunately for the time being we can not accommodate children safely, please understand we didn't want to make this decision but for now we believe it is the right one

*You will be offered a bottle of water but unfortunately other refreshments currently are not allowed to be served within the boutique

*Our toilet facility will be out of use until the government deems public toilets ok to use again, it will be available for hand washing if you prefer that to hand sanitiser but the use of the toilet is not currently permitted

*We ask that if you are feeling unwell, you inform us as soon as you can and do not attend your appointment

In addition to the above, we have allocated time between appointments to ensure there is no crossover within the boutique and to allow us adequate time to clean the key areas and steam dresses as appropriate for the appointments that follow. Rest assured we have everyone's safety in mind and as scary as this all sounds we have tried to make the impact on your experience with us as little as we can, but we do need your cooperation.

But the most exciting thing of all is that we are once again back to what we know and love and in search for the dream dress for your perfect day.
